Tiwa Savage Tonto Dikeh, Teni and BBNaija’s Cee-C, showed humility by kneeling to greet me, says Shina Peters
Sir Shina Peters said Tiwa Savage, Tonto Dikeh, Teni and BBNaija’s Cee-C, did the right thing and he appreciated their gesture towards him. He said, “This is what I always preach.this guys showed that are very humble and respectful and that is how it is supposed to be. When I meet people who are older than me, I also bow before them. I wasn’t surprised they did what they did. Whenever we meet at concerts or a show that is how they greet me. In life, whatever you do, you will reap it later.
The veteran musician also added, “I am enjoying now because of what I have done in the past and I will continue to pray for them all for showing me respect. When some of these younger ones make money, they lack respect.
“I don’t demand anyone to respect me, but if you feel I deserve it, I am okay with it. I respect people too and it is part of our culture. Respect is reciprocal they say. If you look at the photo of I and Tiwa Savage well, you will see that I quickly lifted her up. I was also not comfortable with keeping her on the ground for too long.”
